Cargo Agent

Air General, a third-generation, family-owned national cargo handling company seeks a full-time Cargo Agent at our Indianapolis airport location. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to strict safety and security protocols.

• Load/unload air cargo from/to vehicles/trucks
• Maintain and operate a forklift, tug, and pallet jack safely
• Adhere to FAA, Airport, and Air General safety procedures

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid US driver's license necessary for airport operations
  

You will be responsible for various duties including loading/unloading cargo, operating heavy machinery, ensuring proper documentation, obtaining necessary clearances with relevant agencies.
