Job Title: Sealcoat Foreman

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sealcoat Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sealcoating operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results. As a Sealcoat Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating sealcoating projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Plan, organize, and execute sealcoating projects according to established timelines and specifications.
   • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless project workflow.
   • Monitor and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
   • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from project requirements.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate a team of sealcoating crew members.
   • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to ensure the development of team members.
   • Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of sealcoating equipment.
   • Report any equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
5. Client Communication:
   • Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
   • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sealcoating operations.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the asphalt maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of sealcoating techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
