    Description


    Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist (1.0 FTE) to join our team. Duties include supporting the recruiting and onboarding processes, coordinating education and training, and maintaining records of required certifications. The HR Specialist assists with department projects and administrative duties. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • Experience working in human resources and/or healthcare
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Public speaking and presentation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information
    • Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards
    • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
    • Ability to consistently carry out job responsibilities, able to acknowledge when commitments are not met, and take appropriate steps to fulfill responsibility
    • Ability to clearly and effectively convey information to individuals or groups, including ability to choose the appropriate method or methods of communication
    • Ability to analyze, identify, and solve problems while using sound judgment
    Work Schedule:
    • 1.0 FTE - 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
