Responsibilities
- Spearhead direct a team that develops software in distributed software platform Manage coach develop team to drive change accountability Provide guidance direction manage dependencies facilitate collaboration across teams Collaborate with Product Owners technical leaders translate business needs into technical requirements actions roadmaps Liase customers on critical project deliverables issues Create feasibility plans delivery feature functionality target release dates conjunction objectives Product Management Run cross disciplinary projects include deliverables hardware mechanical engineering groups addition software Drive best practices software engineering alignment Teradyne overall strategy Provide metrics regular status updates senior leadership project stakeholders
