This is not a fast-paced restaurant line job.
There are no tickets, no front-of-house pressure, and no chaotic dinner rush. Our kitchen operates in a structured, production-focused environment where cooks can focus on execution, consistency, and food quality.
We're looking for an Experienced Cook to join our kitchen team and play a key role in sautéing, grilling, roasting, and batch cooking proteins and sides for weekly production.
This is a hands-on cooking role focused on real cooking, clear systems, and teamwork. If you enjoy structured workflows, cooking at scale, and being part of a growing operation — you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grilling, and potentially sautéing, roasting, and batch cooking proteins and sides according to recipes and standards
- Executing high-volume cooking with consistency in flavor, doneness, and presentation
- Working efficiently at assigned hot food or production stations
- Following standardized recipes, portion specs, and production processes
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
- Communicating with teammates to keep production moving smoothly
- Supporting overall kitchen flow during busy production days (Thursday–Saturday)
- Taking pride in quality — every meal matters
What We're Looking For
- Prior kitchen or food service experience (line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, or similar)
- Comfortable cooking in volume in a structured production environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Solid fundamentals and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Team-first attitude — reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Ability to stay focused and organized during long production runs
- Food safety knowledge preferred
Schedule
- Fridays & Saturdays
- Longer production shifts, fewer workdays
- Consistent daytime-focused schedule
- No late-night restaurant service
