    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and others legal documents involved regarding company business and facility operation.
    2. Review contracts related to procurement, sales, financing, equity and engineering etc.
    3. Review the content of the contract through the OA system and identity remind the risky involved in the contract.
    4. Work with Legal/Compliance and Policy team to assess, track, and manage all relevant rules, regulations, and protocols of governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
    5. Coordinate and lead regulatory compliance execution with various cross functional teams for all operating assets.
    6. Provide daily legal support and consultation for the company's business activities.

    Minor responsibilities:

    Support other items related to the compliance and legal requirements.

    Qualification:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a field related to the job.
    2. Five to seven years of experience in operations, planning, or regulatory compliance functions related to the industry.
    3. An ability to read, understand, research, interpret, and summarize laws, standards, rules, and regulations.
    4. Excellent program management and analytical skills.
    5. Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communications, and formal presentations.
