We're seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Plan Developer to join our mission of expanding abilities one person at a time. In this vital role, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating meaningful plans that reflect their goals, dreams, and personal choices.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for and support people in making their own life choices and achieving personal goals.
- Develop and implement individualized Staff Action Plans (SAPs) aligned with each person's Life Plan.
