    What You Will Be Doing:

    The Environmental Services Technician will maintain Helion's standard of cleanliness across production, office, and R&D areas. You will work with Helion's Facility Team to ensure our site organization and cleanliness match the world-class engineering and building taking place here. You will report to the Senior Manager of Facilities at our Everett, WA location. Please note that this a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are seeking candidates who are adaptable and open to flexibility regarding their shift hours as necessary.

    You Will:
    • Organize and tidy common work and meeting areas
    • Collect trash and replace garbage liners
    • Vacuum and sweep common areas
    • Wipe down tables and windows in office space
    • Perform general cleaning and custodial work
    • Support a part-time morning schedule Monday through Friday
    About You:
    • Knowledge and willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques
    • Take pride in organization and cleanliness of workspace
    • Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend, and lift objects to perform daily tasks
    • Follow written or oral instructions to perform routine tasks
    Bonus Points:
    • Experience operating floor cleaning or warehouse equipment
    Per Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act the range for this position is $25-$32/hour. Actual salary is based on education, experience, and other qualifying skills
