    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Architect to join our Information Technology team.

    As a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to the design, implementation, and evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

    This role demands a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to align Microsoft Dynamics initiatives with business objectives and the Microsoft technology roadmap.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Architecture:

    Solution Design:


    Architect scalable and reliable Microsoft Dynamics solutions within the Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), and Dual Write modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.


    Customization and Configuration:
    Customize and configure CE applications to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs.

    Integration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics modules with existing systems and third-party solutions.

    Data Management:
    Implement effective data management strategies within the CE platform, including migration, cleansing, and governance.

    Troubleshooting and Support:
    Address and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users and troubleshooting system errors.

    Performance Optimization:
    Conduct performance analysis and optimization of Dynamic solutions to enhance system efficiency.

    Environment and Refresh Architecture:
    Oversee CRM environment architecture and manage the refresh process for reliable development and testing.
    Overall Microsoft Products Architecture, Roadmap, and Governance &

    Compliance Ownership:
    Extend responsibility to the overall architecture, roadmap, and governance and compliance for Microsoft products.
    Active Participation & Collaboration in the

    Architecture Review Board:
    Actively participate in the Architecture Review Board, providing insights and recommendations for architectural decisions.

    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Design oversight and sign-off of 3rd Party Systems Integrator for Technical build and Managed Services.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

    Training and Knowledge Transfer:
    Provide training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics best practices and features, facilitating knowledge transfer

    • Project Management
    • Take ownership of Dynamics projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful execution.

    Change Management:
    Lead and support change management initiatives related to Dynamics implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

    Release Management with Microsoft:
    Manage the release process, including version management across Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)/Field Service (FS).
    Aligning Business Asks to the MSFT Roadmap:

    Bridge the gap between business requirements and Microsoft's roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment.
    Vendor Management –

    Collaborate with external vendors and partners, especially those providing Dynamics 365-related services or products.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
    Master's degree preferred.
    15+ years of related IT Experience
    3-5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect.
    5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
    Microsoft Dynamics Field Service Experience desired.
    This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our Bridgeton, MO Corporate Office.
