- Coordinate high volume of internal and external meeting

- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 7 years team assistant experience within financial services with 5 years of management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills: ability to effectively balance multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
- Sense of ownership for one's work
