    Description

    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

    Opportunity:

    RN - Inpatient

    Job Details:


    • Work night shifts with day shift coverage Friday through Sunday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

    • On-call responsibilities as needed

    • Holiday requirements include minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays

    • Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

    • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics

    • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care

    • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports

    • Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment

    • Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance

    • Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nurses and healthcare staff

    • Must have Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)

    • Required certifications: RN license (single state or compact), BLS certification

    • Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school

    • Direct patient care experience preferred

    • Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
