    We're in search of a talented

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    that will support all digital marketing channels.

    This role will play a critical role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on paid media optimization, testing, analytics and attribution.

    You will collaborate closely with channel owners and the agency partners to deliver data-driven insights, move critical projects forward and troubleshoot as required.

    Your impactConduct in-depth analysis of paid media campaigns

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness

    Provide actionable insights and identify trends and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies

    Collaborate with analytics team closely to understand KPI tracking and ensure data accuracy and consistency

    Design and monitor testing strategies for paid search campaigns

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make progress on large projects

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement and share with the team

    Must have2-3 years Experience supporting large budget SEM campaigns; Knowledge of Google Adsand Bing Ads

    Proficient with SEM data analysis and a proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

    Ability to juggle multiple projects at a given time

    Eager to learn about digital channels you may not be familiar with

    Experience with cross team collaboration and managing multiple campaigns

    Experience communicating data insights to stakeholders both verbal and written

    Nice to haveExperience with SEO, Display, Social and/or Website Analytics

    Agency experience


    The ideal candidate is local to Santa Barbara, CA as this position is a hybrid role, reporting to the office at least 3 times a week.

    Compensation & Benefits

    The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $70,000-$100,000


    The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate's skills, education, experience, etc.

    Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package.

    The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
