    Description
    Medical Equipment Technician - Saint Louis, MO

    Seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Technician to provide service and maintenance for a leading manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. This position requires a strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting, along with current Field Service experience. Previous experience in servicing Medical Devices is preferred.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include installing and servicing automated robotic medical instrumentation in the greater Saint Louis, MO area.

    The base salary for this position ranges from 65K - 85K, depending on experience.

    In addition, the potential for overtime pay and performance bonuses can add an additional 4K - 8K annually, or possibly more.


    Qualifications:
    A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is preferred.
    Extensive experience in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
    Willingness to travel overnight when required.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a field service engineer.
    Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
    Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

    Responsibilities:
    Installing, servicing, and performing preventive maintenance on medical instrumentation.
    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    Coordinating problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
    Managing inventory of company tools and parts.
    Providing basic on-site training on the operation of company instrumentation.

    Salary:
