    We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the global and regional marketing
    program for BlackLines SAP Solution Extension partnership. As the central point of contact for
    SAP Marketing, the charter of this role is the development and execution of our global SAP
    marketing and engagement strategy. This strategy will encompass programs and initiatives
    that strengthen our presence and expands our reach to/through/with SAP in alignment with
    business and growth objectives.

    This role requires a well-versed marketer with a demonstrated history of building and executing
    strategic marketing plans and programs with the ability to synthesize inputs across marketing.
    The ideal candidate has served in an alliance/channel marketing role or similar in a
    SAAS/Technology organization for 10 plus years, bringing expertise, best practices, and
    insights to the role. Experience with SAPs Financial Management Solutions line of business
    and/or the top global accounting consulting firms a plus.


    You'll Get To::


    • Strategy Development
    Develop and govern a global SAP marketing strategy outlining clear goals,
    messaging and positioning, tactics, and metrics for success.
    Partner closely and in step with internal stakeholders such as marketing, regional
    teams, and SAP SMEs to assure alignment around business strategy, messaging
    and KPIs
    Understand the marketing landscape to include tactics and maximize channels
    to create a well-balanced plan.
    Assure programs and initiatives are adaptable and flexible to be leveraged
    and/or localized globally.

    Joint-Marketing/assets:
    Collaborate with SAP and Alliance counterparts to design and execute joint
    marketing programs and campaigns.
    Bring the story to life though win stories, post implementation stories/assets,
    thought pieces.
    Create and manage co-branded/joint marketing assets, including collateral, web
    content, social media content, and campaigns.

    Demand Generation:
    Develop and execute programs/campaigns that deliver upon the call to action,
    drive leads and/or nurture the funnel.
    Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders on opportunities to leverage
    content/assets, engagements, and channels to drive demand.
    Analyze performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

    Event and Webinar Coordination:
    Lead/inform the BlackLine event strategy for marque events like SAPinsider,
    Sapphire and regional events with SAP and consulting partners.
    Drive programs with the regional Field Alliance Teams globally creating
    awareness within their regions to customers and prospects. This may include
    regional tours/visits, attending, co-driving events with partners.
    Manage event logistics, including agreements and funding, securing content
    development resources, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event followup.
    Analyze performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Market and Competitive Analysis:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
    opportunities.
    Use internal and market insights to refine partner marketing strategies and
    identify areas for differentiation

    Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    Utilize data-driven insights to enhance programs, inform decisions and drive
    improvements across marketing, the region and within our partner ecosystem.
    Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partner marketing
    initiatives.
    Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness and ROI of partner
    marketing efforts.

    • Operations and Administration
    Oversee the management of marketing budget, including budget execution and
    coordination for both the region and partner. This involves ensuring effective
    allocation of funds, tracking expenditures, and facilitating seamless
    collaboration between the partner and internal stakeholders to optimize resource
    utilization and achieve mutual business objectives.
    Manage the processing of agreements internally related to events, sponsorships,
    and partner marketing activities. This includes ensuring compliance, mitigating
    risks, and establishing mutually beneficial terms that align with our strategic
    goals.


    What You'll Bring::
    10 plus years of demonstrated experience in an
    alliances/channel marketing role, or similar serving a growing alliance/channel partner
    ecosystem.
    Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system and Marketo or other similar
    marketing automation platform
    Experience working within partner portal platforms or similar partner service tools
    10-15% travel

    Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred
    10 plus years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles.
    Proven track record of developing successful joint-marketing programs and partner
    relationships.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
    simultaneously
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to use data and insights to inform or build a business case.
    Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
    Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
    Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build consensus.
    Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Salary Range::

    USD $143, USD $191,000.00
