Spa Installation Technician - Camp Hill, PA

Job description
Trustworthy and reliable individual to help deliver and move portable spas and swim spas. Duties will include driving to the customers location in a company vehicle, assisting the Spa Delivery Crew Chief, interfacing with customers, warehouse staff, and management team.
To ensure success as Spa Delivery Technician you should have excellent knowledge of spas and swim spas, be able to work and operate spa delivery equipment, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner. (We are willing to train)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely drive company vehicle with towed trailer to deliver spas to customer location.
- Helping to maintain equipment and part stock levels in assigned company vehicle.
- Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for spa installation.
- Assist in servicing and fixing faulty spa equipment.
- Carry necessary equipment and products from truck to final destination.
- Complete daily paperwork to document completion of job details (time in/out, materials used/needed on job sites and any other information needed.
- Document and report service requirements to office and management team.
- Manage your individual daily route with routing and scheduled jobs for that day of work in an efficient and productive fashion.
- Focus on creating exceptional service to all customers.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Practice proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Deliver thorough spa orientations to customers.
- Participate in industry training on and off site as directed by management. Strive to grow professionally as opportunity is provided.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Valid driver's license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Must possess and maintain in good standing a valid Pennsylvania driver's license with no violations that would interfere with the driving portion of the position.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures as directed.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work is normally performed in a typical outdoor work environment.
- Routine physical effort required, with ability to lift up to 100#.
