    Position Responsibilities:

    • Co-respond to low-level, non-violent crisis calls through emergency communications
    • Provide brief clinical assessment, intervention, and de-escalation
    • Rapidly build rapport and connect individuals to needed services
    • Collaborate closely with partner first responder
    • Complete documentation and data tracking

    Requirements:

    • Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field
    • Licensed in Ohio (SWT, LSW, LISW, CT, LPC, LPCC)
    • Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and engagement skills
    • Ability to exercise clinical judgment
    • Valid driver's license with solid driving record
    • Comfort working independently with remote supervision
