- Provide brief clinical assessment, intervention, and de-escalation
- Rapidly build rapport and connect individuals to needed services
- Collaborate closely with partner first responder
- Complete documentation and data tracking
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field
- Licensed in Ohio (SWT, LSW, LISW, CT, LPC, LPCC)
- Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and engagement skills
- Ability to exercise clinical judgment
- Valid driver's license with solid driving record
- Comfort working independently with remote supervision
