Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help lease and oversee a 100 plus unit property in Bremerton Must have at least 2 years of property management experience with strong leasing sales and organizational skills This is a full time position with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday
- Educated in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws Knowledgeable in AppFolio strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Tech-savvy and STRONGLY self organized Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Self-starter Ability to multitask Strong customer service experience and ability to maintain resident retention Strong marketing experience knowledgeable in local rental market trends Ability to work a flexible work schedule as property demands fluctuate Conduct regular walk-throughs of the property to monitor for maintenance issues safety concerns overall cleanliness ensuring a well-maintained secure environment for residents Ability perform light cleaning touch-ups units before tours new move-ins ensure clean presentable appearance
