- Takes on responsibility for tracking and recognizing technological market trends at an early stage.
- In day-to-day operations, deals with simulation-based analyses and evaluations of renewable energy systems.
- Carries out integration tests of third-party components relating to photovoltaic products and creates test plans.
- Supports product management in the creation of specifications and works on the development of future energy management concepts and system configurations.
- Takes part in research and development projects. To this end, stays in constant contact with various research facilities and test institutes.
- Independently makes decisions within a defined framework.
- A technical/engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is required.
- 2-3 years of job experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Interest in renewable energy systems and new technologies
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methodology
- Ability to think and act in a networked manner.
- Ability to work in a structured atmosphere.
- Astute quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to work in a team.
- Must comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state, or local requirements.
- Ability to bend and reach with repetitive motion.
- Hearing, naturally or with aids
- Vision 20/20, with or without correction
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Physical demands of the job include standing, use of hands to manipulate objects, talking, hearing, looking, typing, walking, twisting, and bending.

- Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting.
- Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.
