    Description
    Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Takes on responsibility for tracking and recognizing technological market trends at an early stage.
    • In day-to-day operations, deals with simulation-based analyses and evaluations of renewable energy systems.
    • Carries out integration tests of third-party components relating to photovoltaic products and creates test plans.
    • Supports product management in the creation of specifications and works on the development of future energy management concepts and system configurations.
    • Takes part in research and development projects. To this end, stays in constant contact with various research facilities and test institutes.
    • Independently makes decisions within a defined framework.
    Requirements
    • A technical/engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is required.
    • 2-3 years of job experience in the field of electrical engineering
    • Interest in renewable energy systems and new technologies
    • Strong electrical engineering knowledge
    • Experience with data analysis and statistical methodology
    • Ability to think and act in a networked manner.
    • Ability to work in a structured atmosphere.
    • Astute quality awareness
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Flexibility
    • Ability to work in a team.

    • Ability to bend and reach with repetitive motion.

    • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
    • Physical demands of the job include standing, use of hands to manipulate objects, talking, hearing, looking, typing, walking, twisting, and bending.
    • Employees could be requested to lift, carry, reach above the shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel and crouch.
    • Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting.
    • Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.
