    Resident Service Associate

    Supports licensed nursing personnel by assisting residents with daily living activities, helping with meals, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of residents' living areas to ensure safe comfortable environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides considerate respectful care focused upon individual needs.
    • Affirms Resident's right to make decisions regarding medical care including decision to discontinue treatment to extent permitted by law.
    • Demonstrates ability to obtain information interpret information in terms of needs of age of Residents cared for.
    • Demonstrates understanding of range of care needed based on age of Residents cared for.
