- We are looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our fast-paced and high-energy manufacturing team based in Brea, CA.
- This position would focus on preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as project work on our various facility and equipment assets. A strong electrical and mechanical skill set will be needed.
- PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR 2nd SHIFT
- This role will report to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
- This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Brea, CA.
- The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $38/hr to $45/hr. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
- The maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment assets
- Installing conduit and wiring for new and existing assets
- Performing equipment and component installation
- Testing and adjustment of both electrical and mechanical assemblies and components
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Requirement:
- Candidates must have industrial maintenance experience of at least 5-7 years working on electro-mechanical equipment.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as it relates to industrial packaging and production equipment.
- Experience with machine and component wiring, industrial electrical troubleshooting and installation, and system control components.
- Preferred:
- Candidates have experience performing maintenance on industrial packaging equipment.
- Candidates have a strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, chain-drive, and servo drive systems.
- Candidates understand the theory and practice of maintenance and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
- Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
- Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
- Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
