    Skills Required:
    Strong financial management skills
    Experience in healthcare finance and accounting a plus
    Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare finance
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other financial software
    Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field , previous experience may be accepted in place of degree. CPA candidate a plus will provide educational assistance toward achievement of the CPA licensure.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to healthcare finance
    Maintain, business taxes, state taxes and other taxes as necessary
    Supervise small accounting staff to include AP, Purchasing and payroll.

    Responsible for month end financial reporting
    Potential move to officer position in future with approved dedication and knowledge
