Navitas is working with another exciting clean energy developer. Heavily backed they are committed to becoming a leader in the industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Manager or Director to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in our strategic expansion efforts.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated individual who can assume a leadership role in various aspects of finance, including M&A, project finance modeling, negotiation, and execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving transactions forward both internally and with outside investors, while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for project finance, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial projections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, financial viability, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure funding and partnerships for renewable energy projects.

Qualifications:

• For Manager Role: 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• For Director Role: 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in clean energy finance and project development.
• Proven track record in M&A, project finance modeling, and negotiation, with a demonstrated ability to drive transactions to successful completion.
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
