Job Description:

We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team in the role of Division/Area Manager for the San Diego region. The ideal candidate will hold a pivotal position in steering the growth of our division within the San Diego market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand their presence in the San Diego region.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve divisional goals.
• Oversee and coordinate various construction projects, including Underground Utilities, Storm Drains, Dry Utilities, Concrete Structures, and Asphalt and Concrete Paving.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to contribute to the company's overall growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates on divisional performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Underground Utilities, Storm Drains, Dry Utilities, Concrete Structures, and Asphalt and Concrete Paving.
