Job summary
The Occupancy Specialist will report to Senior Property Manager, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer or President as directed.Responsibilities
- Contact applicants and certify eligibility for program recipients according to guidelines
- Perform calculations of medical expenses, day care, assets, and all sources of income
- Certify tenant rent payments and rent changes
- Maintain proper maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy
