Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering quality healthcare services to patients and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist with procedures such as catheterization, botulinum toxin treatment, and sterile processing
• Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and selfcare techniques
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide health coaching to patients to promote wellness and disease prevention

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of [State]
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting
• Proficiency in performing patient assessments and providing direct patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with sonography is a plus
