Provide installation configuration and ongoing usability of desktops laptops peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines Build computers peripherals for new hires including shipping items to new users Update maintain computer inventory surplus equipment Level 2 support resolving technical problems with desktop hardware computing equipment WIN11 OS software applications Assist in technical upgrading maintaining entire desktop systems End User Support mobile mail solution Demonstrates analytical systematic approach problem solving Communicates fluently orally writing present complex technical information both technical non-technical audiences
