AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and energetic Neonatologist to join our expanding team at AdventHealth Ocala.

This role will lead care in a Level 2 NICU with strong support from in-house neonatal nurse practitioners and seamless access to quaternary care at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando.

Located just over an hour northwest of Orlando, Ocala offers a vibrant community, affordable living, and access to Florida s natural beauty ideal for both professional and personal life.

Position Highlights:
12-bed Level 2 NICU and Newborn Nursery service
Approximately 2,500 deliveries per year
24/7 in-house NNP support
Program designed for two full-time neonatologists
Supported by AdventHealth for Children s quaternary care NICU and dedicated neonatal transport team
Part of a larger regional network with approximately 15,000 births annually
Access to experienced pediatric subspecialists

Who We re Looking For:
Board-certified in Pediatrics
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
A clinician passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centered neonatal care
Someone eager to integrate into the Ocala community and contribute to a growing regional network
Eligible for Florida medical license

Requirements:
Board certification in Pediatrics
Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
