- Deliver perioperative nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Function as a clinical leader while safely delegating and supporting licensed and ancillary staff.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.

Position Overview
The Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN - OR) provides high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care while supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is practiced within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Code of Ethics, and the Scope & Standards of Nursing Practice. As a traveler, the RN - OR is expected to adapt quickly, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgical care.
