    Job Description

    Founded in the year of 1925, Sparrows Point Country Club is a privately-owned establishment situated by the waterfront. The club boasts amenities such as a yacht basin, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a versatile clubhouse offering everything from relaxed to formal dining experiences, as well as hosting weddings and special events.

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of operations. The entire team, both front and back of house, will heavily depend on you to ensure that dishes and cookware are impeccably clean to elevate the dining experience for our members and guests. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness, we welcome your enthusiasm to thrive in our dynamic dining setting where you will have the chance to expand your knowledge on food safety, sanitation practices, and teamwork.

    Salary: $16.00 per hour

    Responsibilities

    • Regularly check the water temperature and chemical levels of the dish machine to guarantee a hygienic wash cycle
    • Thoroughly clean and store all tableware and kitchenware
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwasher area
    • Ensure an ample supply of clean tableware for both the dining room and kitchen
    • Properly handle kitchen trash disposal and prevent tableware breakage or loss
    • Clean designated food preparation and production areas as necessary
    • Assist in kitchen closure procedures
    • Undertake any other duties as delegated by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
