Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider for an impressive full-time position in Live Oak. The practice has several other locations in Northern Florida.

• Outpatient position (primary care)
• $200,000+ salary based on experience with scaling over time, RVU production bonuses
• Benefits including: Generous 401(k), life insurance, and 4 weeks vacation and 11 holidays
• 18-20+ patients per day, depending on provider preferences
• Extensive training program with a great support framework
