Our store operates from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Collaborate in overseeing all store operations, including installation and warehouse activities, with a primary focus on the sales floor.

Act as a liaison between various retail departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Crutchfield systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage the sales floor by ensuring all customers receive a warm welcome and assistance.
Handle store opening and closing procedures and prepare necessary accounting data.
Provide assistance to customers when Advisors are occupied in-person or on the phone.
Coach and motivate the sales staff to achieve their best performance.
Conduct morning meetings to align the team's goals and objectives.
Physical requirements include standing and walking for most of the day, with occasional inventory lifting.

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week including most weekends and 2-3 evenings per week till 7:30 PM (increasing to 6 days per week, with extended weekend and evening hours between Thanksgiving and Christmas).
