Job Summary
The Director of Digital Product Management will play a pivotal role as a member of the digital leadership team. To be effective, this leader must have proven success leading a digital product management organization within a complex B2B company structure that demands a highly collaborative approach, operate globally and influence spark change/progress.Responsibilities
- Participate in defining and communicating strategic digital vision including purpose target audience value proposition focused outcomes and OKRs.
- Leverage competitive industry customer research analysis to understand landscape key trends needs preferences target customers.
- Together with product managers lead all product capability strategies roadmaps flexible adaptable new information dynamic environment data insights input multiple sources stakeholders strong collaboration skills cross-cultural contexts diverse international teams Asia China markets.
