Full-Time position in the activity department. Spend the day sharing your creative side with our residents

We are seeking an Activity Aides who will enjoy helping people in their own community live comfortably. You will be providing care and compassion for your patients as a member of the Quality Life Services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement programs for individual and group activities based on resident's needs and abilities

• Plan and conduct activity programs to assist residents in returning to the community

• Schedule and implement room visits and in-room activities for residents unable to leave their room

• Plan and schedule both indoor and outdoor activities for residents

• Document all resident and family interactions and complete progress notes

• Plan and conduct resident council meetings

• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team and attend all resident care conferences

• Provide a pleasant and entertaining environment for residents during their stay

• Desire to provide excellent patient care
