    **Job Description:**

    Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    Serve as the main representative of the caf, maintaining consistent and punctual attendance to open and close the caf Monday-Friday.

    Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

    Establish rapport with all customers to uncover customer needs in relation to products and services offered by Maps and its subsidiary (CUSO) companies.

    Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure that established food safety regulations/guidelines are followed.

    Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the highest level of ethical behavior, have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of cash handling and food service experience. Must possess a valid Food Handlers Card or receive within 30 days of hire.
