In the role of Director – IT Finance, you will be an integral part of the IT and Project Management leadership team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as Director – IT Finance will include:
Responsible for daily management of IT Financial processes including performance management, plan monitoring and evolution, metrics development and management, and management of the procurement of all IT-related purchases.
Manages and improves the IT department budget. Controls the budget and reports on expenditures. Monitors all incoming I.S. expenses and reconciles all invoices against budget.Manages the ongoing use and improvement of the IT Financial Management software, including all applicable vendor relations.
Collaborates with IT Senior Management to publish quarterly KPIs.
Manages IT Procurement, Physical Assets, and Software Inventory including associated policies and procedures.
Some of the essentials skills required of you in this role are:
Professionally minded individual, responsible, dependable, and accountable
Demonstrated ability administering complex software applications.
Advanced data analysis and report generation skill.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Prior experience with:
IT Financial Management software is required. (Nicus preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field is required.
A Masters in Business Administration is preferred.

5 combined years leading finance and/or technical teams.
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Mature approach to information security, data privacy, and confidentiality
