- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products timely and with minimum required call-backs or re-work, by using the most up to date robotics and automation technology.
- Integrate Automation Solutions: Identify opportunities to integrate automation solutions into the repair and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with automation engineers and specialists to understand and implement robotic systems that can enhance the efficiency of lift truck diagnostics
- Troubleshoot Robotic Systems: Develop expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to robotic systems used in lift trucks
- Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Technical background is required.
- Possess basic programming skills relevant to robotics and automation technology
- Strong background in working with robotics and automation of equipment.
- Must have knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and charging systems.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to complete accurate paperwork.
