We're looking for an energetic, reliable Food Service Worker to join our outstanding dining team. If you love creating positive experiences through food and want a schedule that finally supports work/life balance then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What We Offer

Monday-Friday schedule
9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (No nights No weekends)

All major holidays and school breaks off

What You'll Do

Help organize, prep stations, and serve delicious lunches to students and faculty

Restock, clean, and reset stations between services

Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude for our school community

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed

Use basic knife skills and kitchen tools safely

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving efficiently

Working knowledge of sanitation and food safety rules

A team-player mindset and a positive, dependable work ethic

Ability to pass a background check conducted by the school prior to hire

This job does follow a traditional school schedule with closures for major breaks.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing, serving and distributing food, and may require working in various areas of the department, such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom.  

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.  
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge. 
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Compensation Range

$14-15 an hour
