    Description

    Job Summary

    As a Visiting instructor, you will be teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, contributing to course and curriculum development, conducting research, participating in College and University initiatives, and carrying out other assigned duties.

    Job Description

    Typical duties include but are not limited to:

    • Plan and deliver curriculum for assigned courses
    • Prepare syllabi and instructional materials, organize lectures, tests, and assess student performance
    • Maintain high standards of classroom instruction
    • Stay updated on developments in the instructional field
    • Participate actively in university committees and meetings
    • Engage in regular professional development to enhance skills
    • Assist in curriculum development
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

    Additional Job Description

    Required Qualifications

    • Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the relevant field
    • Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours from a regionally accredited institution in the field

    Special Instructions to Applicants

    Appointment length will be on a 9-month or 12-month fixed basis, depending on the position.
