Chantilly, VA Position Overview
This role involves collaborative work on search and analytical tools within an extensive data lake environment, focusing on API development, data structuring and integration, and comprehensive application support

Qualifications Required:

Nationality:
Applicant must be a United States Citizen.

Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

Experience in Java Development:
Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in backend Java development (version 8 or later) and proficiency in J-unit testing

Big Data Expertise:
At least 3 years of experience with one or more big data technologies, such as Spark, Hbase, Solr, Hadoop

C2S Technical Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years working with at least two C2S technologies, including but not limited to S3, SQS

API Design and Implementation:
Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing Service APIs independently

Teamwork and Deadline Management:
Demonstrable ability to work effectively within a team and meet project timelines

Educational Background:
A degree in Technical Engineering is required
A degree in Computer Science is highly preferred.
