- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests, medical imaging, and laboratory work
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare management
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions and make appropriate decisions
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions
- Valid RN license in the state of KS
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in ICU or similar environment
- Proficient in IV insertion, sterile processing, and other nursing procedures
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
