    Texas based law firm is seeking an Entry Level Legal Assistant for a busy real estate group on a direct hire basis in Waco, TX.

    5 days in the office

    Entry Level Legal Assistant Role:

    This Entry Level Legal Assistant will assist a Real Estate Partner with preparation and review of commercial and residential real estate loan documents.

    The Law Firm client works for a title company and the law firm populates the loans on their behalf

    Typing, revising and proofreading real estate documents

    Process commercial and residential real estate loans

    Process loan requests

    Review loan inquiries and submissions to ensure the file is complete

    Work with the borrowers and buyers to complete the loan process

    Work with the closing department to ensure successful loan closings

    Entry Level Legal Assistant Background Profile:

    Must have previous office experience or internship.

    Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred (paralegal or legal assistant studies highly desirable)

    Must have exceptional grammatical and spelling skills.

    Must be able to work independently.

    Required typing of 60+wpm.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Candidate must be highly detailed.
