    *Title: Medical Assistant**Location: Palo Alto, CA**Shift: Days**Pay: $25/hr**Job Summary:
    • The Medical Assistant performs a variety of functions such as answering telephone calls, relaying messages, verifying patients' demographics and insurance information, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the MA will perform back-office duties such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and review patients' medical records to assist with patient inquiries.
    • Urology Clinic
    • Must know EPIC-very busy clinic.
    • These individuals must be very comfortable seeing genitalia, urine, specimens, etc.
    *Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED certificate.
    • Completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
    • Proficiency with an electronic medical records (EMR) system (preferably Epic).
