Job Summary
The Deputy Counsel reports directly to one of two Co-Counsels at the Board who is responsible for all legal matters at the State Board of Elections including ballot access and litigation in the state and federal courts by or against the State Board.Responsibilities
- All aspects of litigation including legal research, drafting pleadings, motion practice, trials and appeals.
- The ability to analyze an issue and make recommendations to the Co-Counsel and the Board.
