- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages following brand standards
- Handle food items according to location standards
- Train staff in coffee and food preparation, customer service, and cash handling
- Manage work assignments and task completion for the location
- Operate the register/POS accurately and handle transactions
- Organize cash drawer, balance funds, and follow cash handling policies
- Set up and clean the coffee bar, stations, and store
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, and service ware
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Must have previous successful barista experience
- Prior cash handling experience required
- Basic math and counting skills necessary
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficient in English, with the capacity to follow recipes
- Food Handling Certification completion needed
