- Quality Metrics that are set quarterly -Patient Experience, Sepsis, improving relationship with EMS, Door to doc time, and documentation improvement.

- Volume-Approximately 14k
- EMR-Meditech
- The schedule is 12 x 12-hour shifts/month. Estimate how many are days compared to night shifts. Hours would be 7 am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am? Flexible, everyone works a mix unless they have a preference for nights.
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-Will consider other specialties with EM Experience.
- ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model.

- 25-bed hospital with 4-bed open ICU
- Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team.
- APP's onsite during peak hours
- The typical inpatient census is 8-15 patients per day. Admissions 2-3 day
- EMR: Meditech
- Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex.
- Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed application
- Physicians interested in Part-time, and PRN/Moonlight and Locums are also encouraged to apply
