We are seeking a Client Intake & Executive Support Manager to join our team at Giampolo Law Group. This role is responsible for managing the firm's client intake and executive support functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in legal or administrative settings.The Client Intake & Executive Support Manager will be the central nervous system of the firm, responsible for ensuring that only qualified and aligned matters move forward. This role requires judgment, confidence, discretion, and the ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with operational and executive-level support.
