The Surgical Trauma Critical Care Unit is located in the new state-of-the-art North Carolina Surgical Hospital. It is a fast-paced unit specializing in critically injured trauma and surgical patients.This unit serves various surgical patients including transplant, plastics, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology.
The Clinical Nurse IV practices at the level of an expert practitioner of nursing demonstrating expertise in caring for patients with multiple complex problems.
