We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and Qualifications
Acts as the Administrator of the hospital in the absence of management during evenings, nights and weekends
Responsible for staffing, emergency direction and handling complaints appropriately
Notify the Administrator on call of any emergent situations that might jeopardize the facility or as required by policy/protocol
Immediate counseling employees for actions that are against policy.
What qualifications you will need:
Current state of Missouri RN or Compact licensure required.
BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
ACLS required within 6 months.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Three 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment
One year as a charge nurse or other management position preferred Critical Care experience preferred.
