- Ability and willingness to complete all duties as assigned and meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees requesting material/supplies and assistance.
- Ensure all crews and employees accurately receive the material they request on time.
- Maintaining a safe/clean work environment.
- Maintain facilities, grounds, common areas, perform various maintenance and repairs, and perform all tasks and duties as assigned to support all company operations and departments.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn the warehouse layout, the material, and the processes and systems we use daily to support warehouse, facility, and company operations.
- Effectively use technology as required, ie: handheld devices, smart phones, computer, printer, scanner, email, inventory management system, cell phone, etc.
- Receiving material:
- Inspect the shipments including returns - validate material and quantities.
- Identify material with job name and job number if it is for a job. Stage in the proper staging area. Notify project stakeholders that material has arrived via email.
- Place regular stock material in the assigned stock location in the warehouse. Consolidate material and pallets to minimize space used. Use the older inventory first (FIFO).
- Pull in-stock material using proper equipment, including forklift, based on the pull list.
- Stock new inventory in assigned locations within the warehouse using proper equipment.
- Stage material for in progress and upcoming jobs in assigned locations.
- Load and unload material and equipment.
- Safely use a forklift and other equipment.
- Be proactive. If a task must be done, do it.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provide exceptional customer service to everyone.
- Complete tasks and duties as assigned within the timeframe provided.

- Ability to safely move material more than 50 lbs and to work with other employees for team lifts.
- Ability to safely use a forklift; prior forklift certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history to operate company vehicles as required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish prefer; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrable experience using technology IE MS Outlook, MS Word, browsing the internet, iPhone, and other technologies required.
- Attention to detail required; many products look the same - you are responsible for picking the correct item from the pull list.
- Eye for detail: the cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse and all company grounds and facilities is your responsibility.
- Sense of urgency: all tasks must be completed with a high priority/sense of urgency while you personally ensure the highest safety, quality, and productivity.
- Must have flexible schedule.
