Job summary
The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a Court Services Supervisor 2 in the Probation Division. As a highly motivated self-starter, you will provide supervision of staff assigned to probation supervision, generate and evaluate statistical reports based on enhanced outcome-based supervision guidelines,- Provide coaching and mentoring of staff.
- Evaluate trainings needs of staff.
- Address staff deficiencies and monitor compliance with judiciary policies and procedures.
